Common questions

How do I play with friends? Open a portal in Portal Bay as a group adventure and send your friends its six-letter join code. They can play as guests, no account needed.

I lost my traveller. Travellers signed in with Apple come back when you sign in again on any phone. A guest has no account, so a guest who deletes the app or changes phone can't be restored.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings, then Delete my account. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
